If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in charge of 50% of the service or the entire service amount. (48-hour notice is required for Monday cancellations or Holidays when Salon is Closed). Be sure that the appointment made is the best time for you.
